                                                              MY THOUGHTS

This twist packed thriller is narrated entirely by Sarah from the third person perspective.Sarah is a university lecturer and the mother of two small children who is struggling to get on with her life after her husband left her for another woman.She is doing ok apart from one major problem,her boss Alan Lovelock and believe me that bloke is a sleezebag with a capital S.I loved Sarah,she was a wonderful,complex character who found herself caught up in a situation that no matter what she tried she couldn't get out of.Everytime she thought she have found a solution something would go wrong and the situation would just be made worse.


When you have read and absolutely loved an author`s debut book there is always that worry in the back of your mind that you will not enjoy their next book as much.Well I can honestly say with hand on heart that Mr Logan has taken my worries and thrown them out of the window.29 seconds is a gripping,twist packed,sometimes very intense,thought provoking thrill ride that hooked me in from the first page,had me totally invested in Sarah`s story and routing for her as this riveting story unfolded before my eyes.With the skill of a expert storyteller Mr Logan takes Sarah and the reader through a whole spectrum of emotions,fear,hope,frustration,betrayal,anger and sadness.This book is definitely going on my list of my favourite books from this year.Highly recommended
